Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all security tags are intact and the provided return invoice is included inside the box.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the pre-paid DHL or UPS return label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the package, covering any previous shipping information.

  Drop Off or Collection

  Drop your package at an authorized service point or schedule a complimentary courier collection through our website at your convenience.
